Anonymous counselling
A letter to our mailbox is always anonymous. When you send a letter, you automatically approve that we can share your letter on Alkohol & Samfund’s webpage and social media platforms. All letters shared will of course be anonymized so that no personal information will show. We share the letters to help others in a similar situation.
Notification obligation
As a helpline we have a notification obligation, which means that if our counsellors are told something that worries them, such as violence, abuse or suicidal thoughts, they are obligated to inform the authorities if we have any personal data on the person seeking counselling.
